At MOS MOSH®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Register Your Return

Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and the reason for the return.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring the MOS MOSH® hangtags are intact and the delivery note is included inside.

Attach the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at the nearest authorized parcel shop and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
